👋 Quick Start
Thanks for reaching out — sorry for the trouble. Based on your description, the issue is usually caused by: battery power, button/connector installation, channel settings, or the signal environment.
Tip: Start with power + connectors first, then confirm both devices are on the same channel.
🔹 Step 1 — Unable to turn on
- If the rechargeable battery hasn’t been used for a long time, it may be low — please charge it fully before use.
- If it still won’t turn on with a full battery, please press and hold the Power ON button to restart 1–2 times.
- If the power button cap is too tight, remove it and reposition it to a suitable position.
- Please also check that the battery connector and speaker connector are fully inserted into the PCB ports.
If everything above looks correct and it still won’t turn on: this may indicate a possible PCB (main board) issue.
We can send you a fully assembled replacement PCB for free (no re-soldering required). You can simply replace it and test again.

🔹 Step 2 — I can’t hear or talk to another walkie-talkie
- Please make sure both walkie-talkies are on the same channel (Channel 1 / 2 / 3).
- Different channels cannot communicate with each other.
🔹 Step 3 — Low or no sound during calls
- Ensure the volume is set to “H” (High).
- Speak close to the microphone for best clarity.
🔹 Step 4 — Volume or Channel light not turning on
- If the channel light doesn’t turn on, go through the channel-switching process to activate it.
- If the volume light doesn’t turn on, press the power button 2–3 times to activate it.
🔹 Step 5 — Loud noise or unclear signal
- This may be due to distance, electromagnetic interference, or obstacles blocking the signal.
- Please move closer or test in an open area to improve signal quality.
If the issue still remains after these checks: please let us know — we’ll help you with the next step.
