👋 Quick Start

Thanks for reaching out — sorry for the trouble. Based on your description, there are two common causes: knob installation or PCB-related issues.

Tip: The indicator light behavior tells us which direction to troubleshoot first.

🔹 Step 1 — Check the indicator light

If the light turns red → green when powered on:
  • The switch is working properly.
  • If there is still no electrical discharge, it usually indicates a PCB-related issue.

If the light stays red and does not turn green:
  • This is usually related to knob installation.
Fix: Before installing the knob, rotate the switch fully counterclockwise to the far left position, then install the knob and power on again. Installing the knob without this step may cause the knob not to control the switch correctly.

🔹 Step 2 — Light turns green but still no arc

If the light changes red → green but there is still no electrical discharge, this usually indicates a PCB-related issue.

Soldering version: We can send a fully assembled replacement PCB for free (no re-soldering required). You can simply replace it and test again.
