If your Spin the Wheel Kit isn’t working (no beep / LEDs not lighting up), follow the steps below. Most cases are easy to resolve.

Thanks for reaching out — sorry for the trouble. Based on your description, the most common causes are: battery installation, LED direction, or a possible PCB-related issue.

Tip: The “beep” sound helps us quickly determine whether the unit is receiving power.

🔹 Step 1 — Power check

When powered on, the kit should make a short “beep” sound.

If there is NO beep:
  • Check the battery first (make sure the “+” side faces up).
  • Try replacing it with a new battery.
If the battery is installed correctly and there is still no beep: this may indicate a possible PCB (main board) issue.

We can send you a fully assembled replacement PCB for free (no re-soldering required). You can simply replace it and test again.

🔹 Step 2 — LED check (if you hear the “beep”)

If the LEDs do not light up or only some LEDs light up, this is usually related to LED direction.

  • Each LED has a small triangle mark.
  • The triangle on the LED must match the triangle printed on the PCB.
  • If none of the LEDs light up, please check the first LED first.
  • If only some LEDs light up, check the first LED that does not light up.
If you’ve checked the battery and LED direction and the issue still remains: We can send a fully assembled replacement PCB for free (no re-soldering required). You can simply replace it and test again.
